We are members of professional organisations who self-regulate our industry. In the event that you do not feel we have dealt with your issues appropriately and treated you fairly we would encourage you to contact one of these bodies. The RMIF (Retail Motor Industry Federation) provides a conciliation and arbitration service and can be contacted at www.rmif.co.uk. In addition, we are members of Motor Codes a self- regulatory body for the automotive sector and this provides free guidance to consumers through their website at www.motorcodes.co.uk or via their free advice line on 0800 692 0825.
